PURPOSE:To improve the operability of an image forming device, by automatically selecting a mode at the time of changing (registering) numerals regarding the mode. CONSTITUTION:When a depressed key is one of ten-keys 1, the data of the key 1 are set in the buffer memory of image shifting quantity registration and, when image shifting is selected by depressing a registration key 3, image shifting is selected with the registered image shifting quantity by using the value of the buffer memory as the registered value of the image shifting quantity. When image shifting is selected by depressing a selection key 2, the mode is canceled and, when the image shifting is not selected, image shifting is not selected and the image shifting is selected by using the registered image shifting quantity. Since a mode is automatically selected when numerals regarding the mode are set or changed in such way, the operability of this picture forming device is improved. |
