PURPOSE:To accomplish efficient charging of material with a simplified working without use of any costly cartridge by pouring material direct into a pressureproof heating cylinder through a feed tube as heated in a semisolid state in a plurality of material storage cylinders provided in a thermostat. CONSTITUTION:A connecting lid 17 is mounted with a clamp to one of storage cylinders adapted to hold material M turned semisolid as soaked with a soaking medium 11 in a thermostat 10 and a hydraulic cylinder 28 is operated to raise a charging ram 15. The material M proceeds to a flexible material feed tube 21 via a connecting opening 18 and enters a material pouring port 25 of a connecting block 24 via a static mixer 22. The material is poured into a pressureproof heating cylinder 1 via a nozzle 3 from the port 25 and charged pushing up a injection ram previously lowered. |
