PURPOSE:To fill resin having a constant temperature into a cavity, by allowing a temperature of resin in a metering process to be maintained in such a manner that anticipates presiously the change in a resin temperature according to the variation of a resin flow rate. CONSTITUTION:When a screw 4, wich have completed a filling process, moves backward and comes into a metering process, signal changing-over devices 27 and 28 can be functioned by signals supplied from a comparator 20. When a detecting signal of a screw position detecting potentiometer 10 coincides with signals of position signal setters 18 to 16, the signals are changed-over in order, and thus, signals of control signal setters 23 to 26, which set a number of screw rotations and a screw back pressure, work on an electromagnetic proportional flow control valve 8 and an electromagnetic proportional pressure control valve 9, and thus, a given number of screw rotations and a given screw back-pressure are set. |
