PURPOSE:To manufacture a titled molding without wasting material and at small man-hour by holding a mold material having sectional form of a groove between the notched face of a pushing jaw and the receiving face of a receiving jaw, and after raising and drawing the edge, turning the two jaws. CONSTITUTION:A notch 2 used for attaching the molding is formed on the edge of a mold material formed by extrusion to sectional form of a groove. A receiving jaw 3 is fitted to the groove-shaped concavity of the material 1 and the drawn part 1a is protruded from the receiving face 3a. When a pushing jaw 4 is advanced by a driving cylinder, the protruded part 4e is brought into contact with the edge 1a, and drawing work is performed holding it between the right angled side of the receiving jaw 3. When a rotary disk 6 is driven, the curved face 3c of the jaw 3 pressure contacts to the longitudinal axial line 1b of the material to bend it. After bending, the central part is cut by a cutter, and two products are obtained. |
