The invention is a flush-head rivet design 10 for joining two or more structural members together. The underhead surface 32 taper angle 34 is between 104 and 105 degrees. The land width 24 is between 0.007 times the minimum shank diameter 18 and 0.015 times the maximum shank diameter.
