PURPOSE:To increase the degree of freedom of the design, to facilitate the mechanical processing and forming and to decrease the line transmission loss by providing a holding section along the surround of many holes forming part of radiation element and providing a cavity between adjacent holes. CONSTITUTION:A thin film base 3 is clipped by metallic or metallized plastics 1, 2 having many holes 4, 5 forming the part of radiation elements. A couple of exciting probes 8, 9 corresponding respectively to many holes and orthogonal to each other are formed on a common plane and feeding signals to a couple of the probes are synthesized for the phase in a suspended line, a support 12 for the thin film base is provided along the surrounding of many holes and a slot without the support of the thin film base, that is, the cavity 14 arranged with the suspended line is formed between adjacent holes. Thus, the slot at each line is eliminated, then the mechanical processing or forming is facilitated, the degree of freedom of the line constitution is increased and the transmission loss is reduced.
