发明名称 CLUTCH DISK FACING BONDING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the strength of the rotation of a facing by bonding a metallic material pad to a driven plate by means of pressure sintering at the time of bonding a clutch disk facing and preventing the falling off of said metallic material pad. CONSTITUTION:The inner peripheral end part of a flat and annular driven plate 6 is bonded to the outer peripheral end part of a clutch plate 3 with rivets 7, and an organic material facing 8 and a metallic material pad 9 are bonded to both sides of the driven plate 6. That is, the organic material facing 8 is provided as an integrally formed annular object and plural holes 10 for mounting a circular metallic material pad are formed on the organic material facing 8. Said holes 10 are provided, e.g., eight in number and four of them are provided on the same circumference and at an equal interval and, each of the remaining four holes is provided in a part in between each of said four holes 10 and on the inner periphery side from said holes. The organic material facing 8 is bonded to the plate 6 with rivets 11.
