PURPOSE:To extend the range of application by extending a bottomed cylinder having a through hole which is opened at the end part of the head cover of a nozzle in the axial direction of an injection hole, and providing the bottomed cylinder with suction ports to be connected to a suction device. CONSTITUTION:A bottomed cylinder 11 having a through hole 11a which is opened in the axial direction of an injection hole 2a is extended at the end part of a head cover 3. Two suction ports 12, 13 are provided on the circumferential wall of the bottomed cylinder 11 so as to be opposite to each other, and are connected to a suction device. Accordingly, the water splashed at the time of cutting work 6 can be sucked into the bottomed cylinder 11 through the through hole 11a. Thus, the subject nozzle can be used even in the cutting of work such as packaged substrates or the like, and the range of application thereof can be extended.
