PURPOSE:To obtain the correct revolution restoration position and obtain the small-sized device at a low cost by setting an elastic belt, e. g., timing belt into the meshing part of a power transmission gear. CONSTITUTION:When a cylindrical coupling is driven, a driving toothed pulley 1 turns, and a timing belt 5 is operated. Since the driving toothed pulley 1 has a number of meshing teeth, the timing belt 5 operates at the same time. Since planetary toothed pulleys 2 3, and 4 press-contact an internal peripheral teeth 6, keeping the timing belt 5 therebetween, the teeth on the front and back surfaces of the timing belt 5 are sufficiently meshed, and a rotary body is turned simultaneously with the operation of the timing belt 5, and an output shaft is turned. Therefore, the gap between the meshing part is removed, and the backlash in the conversion between the normal and reverse revolution is eliminated, and the correct revolution restoration position can be obtained, and each axis center of the driving input and output can be set on a same axis center, and the small-sized device can be obtained at a low cost.
