PURPOSE:To improve the safety in driving operation, by providing a movable valve, which variably sets a flow path area corresponding to a change of the outside temperature, in the delivery side of pumps so that washing can be performed with no worsening of a washing quality even in the cold time. CONSTITUTION:A washer device 1 comrises a washer tank 2, pump 3, washer tank 4 storing water W, pump 5 and a joint member 7 connecting with nozzles 6. And said joint member 7 provides a movable valve 11, which variably controls a confluent amount between detergent fluid F allowed to flow from a fluid suction port 7a and washing water W allowed to flow from a water suction port 7b, in a confluent position between the fluid suction port 7a and the water suction port 7b. In this way, when the outside temperature decreases below the freezing point, the joint member 7, in which the valve 11 operates in a direction closing the water suction port 7b, feeds the fluid F to be more injected than the water W to the nozzles 6.
