PURPOSE:To obtain a surface protection film of high permeability having a large film thickness on a photoelectric onversion film with a high accuracy by a method wherein the outer peripheral edge of a permeable surface protection film is provided with a frame body, when the photoelectric conversion film and the surface protection film are successively formed on a substrate. CONSTITUTION:The thin films such as the photoelectric conversion film 2 and a power lead-out terminal 2a are formed on the insulation substrate 1 by a supttering method or the like. Next, the frame body is formed by the print-coating of an outer frame pattern with an epoxy resin solvent excellent in printing property in the outer periphery of the region requiring the surface protection film 4 by a screen printing method, and then by drying it. After a high permeable resin is print-coated in the frame body 3 by a screen printing method and then dried, the film 4 is formed by flattening the surface of the resin by means of a roller. |
