PURPOSE:To use only one DC power supply by giving control signals opposite to each other to the 1st and 2nd circuits to which a switch means is connected in series. CONSTITUTION:With an output of a gate control circuit 29 reaching an H level, FETs 2, 3 are turned on, a base of a transistor (TR) 31 is connected to the position + side of a smoothing capacitor 6 and its emitter is connected to the position-side, then the base and emitter of the TR 31 are biased forward. While the output of the gate control circuit 29 reaches an L level, FETs 1, 4 are turned on, the base of the TR 31 is connected to the position-side of the smoothing capacitor 6 and the emitter is connected to the position + side, then the base-emitter of the TR 31 is biased reverse.
