PURPOSE:To suitably and quickly transmit information between workers in voice by incorporating an electric wire to a retracting rope and connecting a communication equipment having a bone conduction microphone and an earphone to both the ends. CONSTITUTION:The bone conduction microphone 1 is connected via a cord 2 and the earphone 3 is connected via a cord 4 to one communication equipment 5 at the lower face, and the bone conduction microphone 11 is via a cord 21 and an earphone 31 is connected via a cord 41 to other communication equipment 51 at the lower face. A retracting rope 12 is constituted by sheathing two electric wires 13 insulated by an insulation material by two kinds of synthetic resin fiber made braids 14, 15, and both ends 16 are formed as a loop. The electric wires are exposed from an inner part from both the ends 16. In case of the lifesaving or fire fighting, the bone conduction microphone 1(11) is pressed onto the lower chin, the earphone 3(31) is inserted to a ear hole, the communication equipment 5(51) is worn on a wrist band 11 and the workers are tied by the retracting rope 12.
