PURPOSE:To check the equipment cost inexpensively, to shorten the time required in manufacturing and to reduce the cost by feeding the part separately formed to the die of a metal die prior to separting a press-formed product from a plate stock and assembling the part to the press formed product. CONSTITUTION:The pressing product completing the bending of excluding the side plates 3a, 3a of shorter part is transferred to the station second from the last. The pressing product is pressed by the upper die, descended with fitting partition plates 5a-5e into the relief groove of a receiving die 21, a pusher 28 presses the shield plate 8 of the foremost part of the inside of a hopper 25 and it advances along a guide face 22 with passing the groove 6 of the press product. The tip of the plate 8 is stopped by abutting to the partition plate 5d prior to the press product reaching the most descending position, the projections 9, 9 of the plate 8 are fitted into the engaging holes 11, 11of the bend piece 10 of the press product, the projections 9, 9 are calked and the plate 8 is integrally assembled. The linking part 13 connected to the plate stock A is cut at the last station, the side plates 3a, 3a are rised with being bent and it becomes the case assembling the plate 8 integrally.
