PURPOSE:To obtain a title filter wherein a flocculated material is separated and particles are prevented from being stuck on a membrane and the classification of fine particles is effectively performed, by providing an antistatic membrane on the surface of the membrane provided with fine pores on a synthetic resin film. CONSTITUTION:An electrically-conductive packing 5, Nuclepore membrane 6 which consists of polycarbonate having about 10mum thickness and fine pores of <=1mum diameter, a membrane holder 7 made of a stainless plate and an O-ring 8 are held in a laminated state between flanges 3, 4 provided to the end parts of filter casings 1, 2, and they are clamped by a bolt. A thin membrane of gold of about 150Angstrom is formed on both faces of the membrane 6 and electrically connected to the electrically-conductive packing 5 and the membrane holder 7. According to an amount to be treated, a filter treated only with an electrically-conductive treatment is sufficient, and earthing is unnecessary.
