发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF AMORPHOUS MAGNETIC CORE
摘要 PURPOSE:To increase an occupation rate and to prevent the generation of exforiation of the smorphous thin film strip of a cut part when it is cut by a method wherein resin is impregnated into a tape-wound magnetic core before, in the middle of, or after performance of a heat treatment, and the side face of the magnetic core is polished. CONSTITUTION:Resin is impregnated into a tape-wound magnetic core before, in the middle of, or after performance of a heat treatment, and then the side face of the magnetic core is polished. The heat treatment is usually performed in the inert gas such as Ar ga, N2 gas and the like, or in a vacuum, or the heat treatment may be performed in the atmospheric air according to circumferences. It is desirable that the plate or the block and the like such as metal ceramic and the like is applied to the surface at right angle to the surface to be polished when a polishing work is performed, because an amorphous thin strip is hardly exforiated even when a work is performed thereon at high speed. Also, when a cut core is manufactured, the generation of exforiation of the amorphous thin strip of the cut part is prevented by cutting it almost vertical to the polished surface after polishing, the cut surface can be smoothed by polishing the cut surface after polishing, and the magnetic characteristics can also be improved.
