<p>PURPOSE:To enable automatization of positioning work to be easily realized when a door is assembled, by performing the positioning work in fixed side and movable side hinges being divided into plural steps. CONSTITUTION:A car body B, which is successively conveyed by a conveyer 4, stops in a door assembly station being positioned. While a door D, which is conveyed by a conveyer 5 in a condition that the door is supported to a hanger 7, stops in a relocated position P1. Here the car body B fixed fixed side hinges ha previously by bolt tightening, while the door D fixes movable side hinges hb. A tongue piece G is protrusively formed in either one flange part of the pair of upper and bottom movable side hinges. Existence of said tongue piece G enables positioning in the vertical direction to be performed about the fixed side hinge ha and the movable side hinge hb, next the movable side hinge, which is moved only by the predetermined distance in the horizontal plane, enables both pin holes to agree.</p> |
