PURPOSE:To obtain a swivelable mooring device with no necessity for using a one-point mooring device for exclusive use, by providing a mounting metal fixture slidably on a horizontal annular rail in the periphery of a cylindrical semi-submerged floating structure and connecting a ship body with said metal fixture through a ship mooring member. CONSTITUTION:A semi-submerged floating structure 1 is constituted into a cylindrical shape, and a horizontal annular rail 6 is provided in the periphery of said structure 1. The horizontal annular rail 6 slidably provides a mounting metal fixture 7, and a ship body, which is connected with said metal fixture through a ship mooring member 5 of rigid construction, is moored. By this constitution, an economical ship mooring device, which enables a ship to be swivelably moored around the semi-submerged floating structure itself, can be obtained with no necessity for using a one-point mooring device for exclusive use.
