PURPOSE:To obtain the titled stabilized aqueous solution capable of economically preventing the crystal precipitation or discoloration, by adding ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid, etc., to an alkaline aqueous solution of an alkylenebisdithiocarbamic acid salt. CONSTITUTION:An alkylenebisdithiocarbamic acid salt of formula I or formula II (M is Na, K or ammonium) adjusted to >=7.5 pH is added with one or more kinds of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid, their alkali metal salts or ammonium salts at an amount of preferably about 0.001-10wt% to obtain a stabilized aqueous solution of alkylenebisdithiocarbamic acid resistant to crystal precipitation or discoloration even at normal temperature as well as at a low temperature without lowering the drug action of the aqueous solution. EFFECT:The effect can be achieved with a small amount of the additive and, accordingly, the process is economical and industrially advantageous.
