PURPOSE:To recover useful components from mixed gas effectively and economically by pressurizing and supplying low-pressure gas permeating a separating membrane on a first stage to a second stage and returning high-pressure gas of a separating membrane on the second stage not yet permeating to the first stage. CONSTITUTION:A gas supply tube 20 is connected with a filter separator 22 and with a heat exchanger 26 through a piping 24. The heated gas is introduced to a gas separating tank 30 on a first stage through a piping 28. A membrane 32 easily transmitting hydrocarbon gas is provided in said separating tank. A product gas venting piping 38 is connected with a high-pressure chamber 34. The outlet of a low-pressure chamber 36 is connected with a gas compressor 42 through a piping 40, and further to a heat exchanger 50. The cooled gas passes through a mist separator 54 through a piping 52, is heated up by a heat exchanger 58 and introduced to a second-stage gas separating tank. The outlet of a high-pressure chamber 66 is connected with the inlet of a first-stage separating tank, and the gas is sent back.
