PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of electric and mechanical damage by providing a knob to a manual shaft of a manual tuning mechanism so as to devise the titled device that no automatic tuning operation is executed so long as the knob depressing operation is not depressed. CONSTITUTION:In turning the knob 57 from the state that the knob 57 is projected largely from a front panel 60, the torque is delivered to a shaft lever 2 to displace a channel selection collar 4 axially thereby applying preset to a channel selection member 1. In executing the automatic tuning mechanism, the knob 57 is depressed. A switch 52 is closed to energize a motor 50 and an electromagnetic operating body 54 respectively, a planetary gear mechanism 51 is restricted for the drive, then the torque of the motor 50 is delivered to the operating axis 22 via the planetary gear mechanism 51 and a gear mechanism 55.
