This presentation device for dispensing bags with handles is noteworthy in that it comprises a plate 1 constituting the bearing plane of the bag part A and being profiled with an extension 2 arranged angularly with respect to it and constituting the support for the handle part B of the said bags; and a finger 4 extending from the separating edge 3 of the plate 1 and from the extension 2 beyond the said plate and in the same plane as the latter, the said profiled finger allowing the running-through of the bags with handles by a cutout D made in a tab C set up on the bags with handles, the removal of the bags being effected one by one by angular orientation of the bags with respect to the plate 1 and, after pulling, tearing of the rupture lines E on the tab C of the bags with handles. <IMAGE>
