The device comprises a logic circuit 71 capable of being connected, instead of the equipment 28, 29, to the linkages 32, 34, 49, 51, 43 between, on the one hand, the supply means 6, the means of control 2, 3, 11 and the means 44 for delivering data from the circuit 1, and, on the other hand, the said equipment 28, 29; the circuit 71 has a logic independent of the operating logic of the said equipment 28, 29 and is capable, in response to a number of test phases each allowing one component of the circuit 1 to be tested, of emitting for each phase a signal provided by the data-delivering unit 44, any non-conformity of the delivered data indicating an anomaly in the component of the circuit 1 being tested.
