PURPOSE:A vector, containing a DNA corresponding to a lipoprotein transfer starting region on the upstream side of a DNA corresponding to a tryptophan promoter and a DNA corresponding to a ribosome linking part on the downstream side thereof and capable of always expressing various exogenotes. CONSTITUTION:A vector containing a DNA gene corresponding to a lipoprotein transfer starting region on the upstream side of a DNA gene corresponding to a tryptophan promoter and a DNA gene region corresponding to a ribosome linking part on the downstream side thereof. A DNA gene corresponding to an operator is preferably present on the downstream side of the DNA gene corresponding to the tryptophan promoter and on the upstream side of a DNA gene corresponding to the lipoprotein transfer starting region.
