PURPOSE:To improve the surface accuracy and high quantity and to improve the recording sensitivity by orientating magnetic powder in a prescribed direction and transferring the state of the surface of a flat board having a smooth face. CONSTITUTION:The flat board 4 subject to release processing having flatness requested to a magnetic disk is prepared and the release processing is applied to the surface of the flat board 4 so as to apply a curing resin component including magnetic powder thinly and uniformly. Then the board is put in a magnetic field to apply a magnetic field in a prescribed direction thereby orientating the magnetic powder and the curing resin is cured. A three dimension cross-linked resin 2 is applied to the surface of a metallic disk 1 separately and the layer oriented and cured with the magnetic powder and a face applied with the three dimension cross-linked resin being uncured are placed oppositely and they are pressed and integrated. After the three dimension cross-linked resin is cured, the board 4 is removed to transfer the oriented magnetic powder and the mixed layer to the metallic disk.
