PURPOSE:To accurately form a rugged pattern and to prevent thermoplastic from damage by combining a plane-like electron source with the thermoplastic to form a hologram and electrically controlling the hologram to form a rugged surface. CONSTITUTION:When electrons are radiated from an electron source 1, electric charge is applied to the thermoplastic 2 and its surface is electrified. The charge acts on aluminium films 3, 4 formed on the opposite side as electrostatic force. When the temperature of the thermoplastic 2 is raised by a heating electrode formed on one side of the thermoplastic 2, a fine rugged pattern corresponding to the distribution of electrified charge is appeared. Consequently, a fine rugged pattern can be easily formed and the hologram capable of reproducing a video with high accuracy can be obtained.
