PURPOSE:To prevent the curvature of a shaft on assembly by concentrically fixing the outer circumference of one of two end plates clamping a rotor body to the shaft and rectangularly fastening the other to the shaft through an intermediate member fixed to the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A rotor body 12 is clamped by two end plates 31 and 32 from both ends, and rigidity is increased. The outer circumference 311 of one end plate 31 is fastened concentrically to a shaft 5 by using a jig 6. The inner circumferential surface 321 of the other end plate 31 is fixed by a plane crossing with the shaft to an intermediate member 7 fastened to the shaft 5. Both end plates 31, 32 are clamped by bolts and nuts. Accordingly, the curvature of the shaft 5 on assembly is prevented, thus facilitating assembly. The method is suitable for the assembly of an inner rotor type small-sized synchronous motor.
