The invention relates to the fitting in a reduced space of a kitchen, toilet room and WC unit by rotation through 90 DEG of a removable partition supporting the household and sanitary appliances. It consists of a partition 1 comprising a work table 4, articulated at one end by a hollow spindle 2 to allow the passage of flexible pipework for supplying the appliances, and which, by rotation through 90 DEG , frees a space which is sufficient for the toilet room and the WC, which is only used for a short time during the day. The WC is itself mounted on a slide enabling it to be retracted or used. A door 8 enables the toilet room or WC to be closed off. The fitting according to the invention is especially intended for reduced spaces of the caravan, motor home or boat type. <IMAGE>
