PURPOSE:To remove skin of soybean readily and to suppress change in quality extremely, by drying soybean to regulate water content and blowing hot air upon the soybeans in such a way that the speed part of the soybeans is not heated to >= a specific temperature. CONSTITUTION:Soybeans are sun-dried and, if necessary, dried with warm air to adjust water content to 12-18wt%. Then, hot air at 80-150 deg.C is blown on the soybeans for 3-6min in such a way that the seed part of the soybeans is not heated to >=70 deg.C while regulating air flow so that the skin is heated, then the skin is peeled from the seed part to remove the skin of the soybeans. |
