PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for deburring, and to improve productivity by cutting a molded form, in which a plurality of winding bodies in which an insulating sheet with a plurality of parallel conductors is wound cylindrically in the direction of the conductors are molded, among the conductors. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of conductors 11 are formed in parallel with one surface of an insulating sheet 10 through an etching method. The sheet 10 is wound cylindrically in the direction of extension of the conductors 11 in the periphery of a core 12 to shape a winding body 15, and copper pipes 14 are soldered at the end sections of winding-start and winding-end. The four winding bodies 15 are positioned in a molding die, and an insulating resin such as an epoxy resin is injected and solidified, thus molding a molded form 17. Insulating sheet sections among the conductors 11 are cut so as to acquire the number of the conductors required. Accordingly, the treatment of end surfaces cut is unnecessitated or simplified, thus improving productivity.
