PURPOSE:To make device in a small size and facilitate setting of an original text sheet guide by furnishing the body of an original text sheet table with an aux. original text sheet table capable of drawing out, forming a cam groove in this aux, table, and guiding a cam follower for original text sheet guide interlocked with the aux. table. CONSTITUTION:A recess 14 is provided in the body of an original text sheet table 11, and this table body 11 is equipped with an aux. original text sheet table 12 in such a way as capable of drawing out backward. Thus the overall construction of the device can be made in small size by retracting the said aux. table 12. Original text sheet guides 13A, 13B are installed at said recess 14 in such a way as movable while held in parallel condition being guided alongside the side face of the recess 14. A cam follower is mounted by screw at the undersurface of each guide 13A, 13B, and the screw threads a long hole 17 provided in the body. The aux. original text sheet table 12 is equipped with cam grooves 16a, 18b for guiding of cam follower in the form increasing the distance from one to the other side. Accordingly, if the aux. table 12 is drawn in and out in accordance with the length of the sheet transported, the guides 13A, 13B will have a distance according to the sheet width interlocked with said drawout/retract motion.
