PURPOSE:To obtain the pipe capable of supplying ink into a laterally long ink chamber smoothly by a method wherein the configuration of the pipe supplying the ink to an ink jet multihead having a flat board shape is formed into a flat path having a diameter substantially same as the width of the ink chamber. CONSTITUTION:The supplying pipe 5 connected to an ink jet head 9 consisting of the common ink chamber 10 and an orifice 11 is formed by putting two sheets of sheets 6, 6 together with a proper distance and sealing the both ends 7, 7 thereof. The inner diameter thereof is made so as to be the same as the width of the ink chamber 10 and the ink may be supplied into the ink chamber 10 uniformly and instantaneously. If the clearance of the flow path 8 is reduced, the ink may be supplied by the capillarity of the ink. |
