<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the release properties and elasticity of a roll by covering a core with complex layers consisting of a heat resistant elastomer material and polytetra fluoroethylene in fibrils. CONSTITUTION:This complex construction is made from a polytetra fluoroethylene in fibrils in which a film is fibrified by roiling etc. and a heat resistant elastomer such as silicon rubber, fluoric rubber, etc., wherein the two are jointed closely through utilization of porous structure. This complex material is put as covering on a roll core, which has enhanced bond characteristic by means of primer treatment, followed by hot bridging to be finished into a specified dimension. This provides anti-swelling property, and enables obtainment of a fixing roll or a feed roll having good release properties and elasticity.</p> |
