PURPOSE:To cover the side surface of a ridge with a sheet without using metal fittings, by embedding the lower skirt of the resin sheet in a ground, and by fitting a float member on the upper edge of the sheet to float the member on the surface of water. CONSTITUTION:On a resin sheet 2, the float member 3 made of foam styrene resin or the like is set, and the lower skirt 2a of of the resin sheet 2 is embedded and fitted in ground. The upper edge 2b of the sheet with the fitted float member 3 is floated on the surface of water, and the resin sheet 2 is pushed against the side surface 1a of a ridge 1 by water pressure. As a result, without the need of stationary metal fittings or the like, the ridge can be covered, and the sheet 2 can be prevented from being damaged.
