PURPOSE:To remove air in a supply water while preventing the mixing of bubbles dirring water supplying, by introducing the supply water into a supply water tank at a water inlet surrounded by a strainer to supply the water to an ultrasonic flaw detector through a liquid cyclone. CONSTITUTION:Bubbles in a supply water introduced from the upper side of a liquid cyclone 3 are separated and taken out together with a part of the supply water from the top thereof. The supply water taken out of the bottom of the cyclone 3 is introduced to a supply water tank 1 through a water inlet 2 surrounded by a strainer and then, to a liquid cyclone 5 with a pump 4. Then, the supply water from which bubbles are separated almost completely is taken out of the bottom of the cyclone 5 and a part thereof is supplied as a medium between a tube 7 to be inspected set for a specified flow rate with a flowmeter 6, and an ultrasonic flaw detector 8. The other part of the supply water is passed through a filter 9 to have foreign matters removed and flow rate adjusted with a flowmeter 10. Then, it is fed into the detector 8, acts as medium of an ultrasonic pulse to rotate a turbine 13 for turning a mirror 12 and drained at the tip of the tube 7 being inspected.
