The present invention relates to a beer tapping system, especially for pubs, having at least one tap for a type of beer which is tapped using CO2 pressure at the bar which is connected via a beer pipe to a beer barrel in a storage area outside the bar. The bar contains a manometer which displays the CO2 pressure in the CO2 pipe. In the supply area there is situated a CO2 supply container with a pressure reducing valve, from which a CO2 pressure pipe leads to the beer barrel. According to the invention, there is provided in the supply area (33) on the pressure reducing valve of the CO2 supply container (21) an adjustment device (17) for setting the CO2 pressure, which device can be actuated from the bar by means of a control unit (11). A plurality of adjustment devices (17, 19) for reducing pressure for different types of beer which are tapped under different CO2 pressures may also be provided.
