PURPOSE:To take a measurement over a wise range for a long time by employing both GPS navigation and loran C navigation to measure the position of a reception point. CONSTITUTION:A reception part 11 receives signals from two ground stations which are received by an antenna A1 and a reception part 13 receives signals from two satellites which are received by an antenna A2. Hyperbolic calculation parts 12 and 14 calculate hyperbolas from th signal received by the reception parts 11 and 13. Those hyperbolas are supplied to a reception position arithmetic part 15 to calculate the position of the reception point. The position of the reception point calculated by a reception position arithmetic part 15 is displayed on a display part 16.
