PURPOSE:To realize space saving at a low cost by providing a means for executing a control so that a development is not executed to only an area corresponding to the tip part of a transfer material on a photosensitive body corresponding to the transfer material, and forming with a high accuracy a blank of a prescribed width in the tip of the transfer paper. CONSTITUTION:In an area on a photosensitive drum 6 corresponding to transfer paper 18, a control is executed by a control means so that a development is started by being delayed by the time corresponding to a blank part 18a which is formed in the tip of the transfer paper 18. Therefore, the part corresponding to the blank part 18a of the tip of the transfer paper on the photosensitive drum 6 is not developed, and accordingly, no toner adheres, and the blank part 18a is formed with a high accuracy in the tip of the transfer paper 18. Also, according to such a constitution, space saving can be realized at a low cost. |
