PURPOSE:To improve working property, by setting a scraper loader section consisting of a supporting unit, a muck scraper mechanism, and a loader conveyor, and by setting a conveyor wheel section provided with a muck-receiving conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A slot is bored through the front side of a tunnel by a drill. After that, cylinders 11, 17 are worked and a bracket 15 is oscillated with the bottom up, and a scraper bucket 16 is oscillated backward, and much near the front side of a scraper loader section 2 is scraped and is shifted to a loader conveyor 21 from a scraper guide section 24 and is shifted onto the conveyor 29 of a conveyor wheel section 3, to be fed backward. After that, a cylinder 7 is worked, and a supporting unit 9 is advanced, and a boom 10, the bracket 15, and the bucket 16 are integrally advanced. After the much on the front side is scraped up by the bucket 16 and is collected near the guide plate section 24, the bucket 16 is oscillated and is shifted onto the conveyor 21 and onto the conveyor 29.
