PURPOSE:To collect the latest event data during the collecting period of retransmitting data by providing the titled processor with a means for deciding whether data are retransmitted data or the latest event data. CONSTITUTION:A retransmission deciding part 20 decides whether data from an external device are retransmitted data or the latest event data based on data set up in a retransmission request time setting part 26. A receiving data time setting part 27 sets up time data when the decided result based upon the deciding part 20 is the latest event data and the initial event data after the generation of a retransmission request. When the decided result based upon the deciding part 26 is the retransmitted data, the setting part 26 calculates the retransmission time data for new retransmitted data based on the latest time data set up by the setting part 27 or the current time data and resets the calculated data in the setting part 26. Consequently, the latest event data can be collected during the collecting period of the retransmitted data.
