摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to scale a sample and to make the volume of a solution constant severely by regarding Fe in the sample as an internal standard and using the intensity ratio of metal/Fe as a barometer. CONSTITUTION:When a device is started at each storage space for the sample to be tested, a current is supplied to an electromagnet 13 and an anode and cathode device 9 is lowered to magnetize the sample 10. A constant-volume pump 6, on the other hand, operates to supply hydrochloric acid from an electrolyte storage tank 5 to an electrolytic cell 3. The device 9 is elevated to move outward and then lowered to enter the electrolytic cell 3. A magnet stirrer 17 is operated to perform stirring operation, and electrodes are powered on to start electrolyzing the sample 10. The device 9 is elevated after the electrolyzation while the remaining sample is still held, and moved to a washing water tank 2, and the electrodes 11 and 12 are held in readiness for next electrolyzation after being washed. The remaining sample is freed from the electromagnet 13 by cutting off the current. A suction pipe 18 is lowered into the electrolytic cell 3 to suck the sample solution, which is supplied to an ICP (high frequency inductive coupling plasma light emitting spectral analyzing device) 19 to measure the light emission intensity of each component.
