A radio-frequency phase shifter is described which consists of an integrated circuit which contains a completely balanced resistance bridge having identical ohmic resistors (R1 to R4), a differential amplifier (T1, T2, R5, R6) and constant current sources (I1 to I3), to which a first capacitor (C1) for RF bypassing one constant current source (I1), and a second capacitor (C2) for adjusting the phase shift are connected. <IMAGE>
