<p>The present invention is directed to a composite laminated article including a resin coated base plate and a layer of ordered photocurable composition on said resin coated plate and when the liquid photocurable composition is cured forms a polymeric printing plate. The article includes a sheet of aluminum-containing metal having a coating of a cured mixture of a specific vinyl resin and an epoxy resin and preferably a small amount of carbon black and silica and a top coat or layer of photocured ordered polyurethane containing acrylate or methacrylate radicals.</p> |
