<p>An apparatus for longitudinally slitting moving webs of material. The apparatus provides for adjustment of cutting blade engagement with a moving web during slitting. The apparatus also provides for a consistent blade cutting angle as well as for increased use of a blade cutting edge. Further, the apparatus markedly reduces operator exposure to blade cutting edges.</p> |
