A plurality of bolts (6) having depressions which run in the axial direction are arranged in a locking housing (1) such that they can rotate and are sprung. While the locking housing (1) is being pushed into a recess (2) in a centering strip (3), the contact blades (4) are inserted into the depressions in the bolts (6). The bolts (6) are at the same time rotated within predetermined limits via a drive device (10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19). During rotation, the driver pins (7) which are arranged on the bolt ends on the centering strip side fall into recesses (25) in fastening discs (26) which are embedded in the base of the centering strips and rotate said fastening discs (26), as a result of which its inner edges cut into the contact blades (4) and the centering strip (3) is thus fastened to the contact blades (4). <IMAGE>
