发明名称 MULTIAXIS LINEAR INTERPOLATION CONTROLLING METHOD
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform efficiently multiaxis interpolation with a simple constitution by setting the longest axis data by calculation and inputting the longest axis data into each two-axis linear interpolation controller as a dummy axis, and then, performing linear interpolation of more than three axes. CONSTITUTION:To devices 11A, 11B, and 11C which perform interpolation of X-, Y-, and Z-axes, respectively, moving quantity data of each axis are inputted. Moreover, the data of P-axis which becomes a dummy axis are inputted into the devices 11A, 11B, and 11C. The longest one among the data of X-, Y-, and Z- axes is used as the P-axis data. The device 11A performs the linear interpolation of the X-axis data and the longest axis data and outputs the interpolation data of X-axis. In the same way, the devices 11B and 11C output the interpolation data of Y- and Z-axes, respectively. These interpolation data are interpolated with the longest axis and correspond to the moving quantity. The moving distance is based on the largest axis and in axes, whose moving distances are shorter than the largest axis, the moving speed is set so that the speed becomes slow.</p>
