PURPOSE:To remove the generation of transfer impossibility due to the block or lack of a buffer by waiting a transfer request which can not be received by a receiving buffer to be transferred as it is in a transfer source. CONSTITUTION:A display part 12 for displaying the states of receiving buffers included in respective memory spaces A, B, D, E is arranged in a system common buffer area C. Since the display part 12 always displays the volume of information to be received at present, the transmission side can decide the volume to be received by the receiving side and send only the volume. Thereby, the buffers can be prevented from the inflow of excess information not to be received. Since transfer requests are queued in respective spaces generating the requests on the basis of an FIFO system independently of transfer processing, data transfer can be waited until transfer can be available without executing specific processing.
