PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out a stable temperature control of a reformer catalyst layer with a good response, by regulating the fuel gas flow on the intake side or outlet side of a fuel electrode depending on the result of comparing the fuel gas flow detected value signal and the fuel flow instruction value signal. CONSTITUTION:The fuel flow instruction value signal is determined by a reform reaction tube temperature controller 13 depending on the result of comparing the reform reaction tube temperature detected value signal and the reform reaction tube temperature object value signal. And the fuel gas flow on the outlet side of a fuel electrode is detected by a fuel gas flow detector 10. By controlling the opening of a fuel gas flow control valve 11 furnished at the outlet of the fuel electrode of a fuel cell 6 by a fuel flow controller 9, depending on the result of comparing the fuel gas flow detected value signal and the fuel flow instruction value signal, the fuel flow to the burner 4 of a fuel reformer 1 is controlled. Therefore, the necessary control is operated immediately, and a stable control with a good response can be carried out. |
