CONSTITUTION:When the rotating speed of one motor 23b is made larger than that of the other motor 23a, the stroke of one slide lever 25b becomes larger than that of the other slide lever 25a. Consequently, the movement distance of one vacuum cup 36b becomes larger than that of the other vacuum cup 36a, so a dimming plate 7c is moved slanting by the difference in movement distance between the vacuum cups 36a and 36b. At this time, the slanting of the dimming plate 7c is equivalent to the rotation of the dimming plate 7c around a certain point, so the vacuum cups 36a and 36b should rotate and be displaced relatively about a certain point. Here, a rotary lever 28 is fitted rotatably to the slide lever 25a through a pin 27, so the vacuum cut 36a can rotate relatively to the vacuum cup 3b by the rotation of the rotary lever 28.
