PURPOSE:To improve the strippability between a photosensitive element and dye fixing element after a heat development and diffusion transfer of a dye and to prevent the generation of the failure and stain at the stripped surfaces by incorporating an amphoteric surface active agent into at least either of the photosensitive element and the dye fixing element. CONSTITUTION:At least either of the photosensitive element and the dye fixing element contains the amphoteric surface active agent. The amphoteric surface active agent to be used refers to the surface active agent which has an anionic group and cationic group in conjunction in one molecule and forms an intramolecular salt. Said agent contains preferably at least >=1 satd. or unsatd. hydrocarbon groups of >=6C or the fluorine substitution product thereof in one molecule. More particularly preferably said agent contains at least one satd. or unsatd. hydrocarbon group of 10-24C or the fluorine substitution product thereof in the molecule.
